EICR
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) involves a thorough inspection and testing of a property's electrical systems. We identify potential hazards, classify findings as satisfactory or unsatisfactory, and ensure compliance with current industry standards. This service is essential for maintaining safety and legal compliance in domestic and commercial properties.
Consumer Unit Upgrade
We supply and install modern consumer units to replace outdated fuse boards, enhancing electrical safety and protection against electric shocks. This service ensures properties meet current regulations and provides reliable distribution of power to individual circuits in homes and businesses.
Emergency Repairs
Our emergency repair service addresses urgent electrical faults, including power failures and damaged installations. We prioritise rapid response times, resolving issues safely and cost-effectively while minimising disruption to homeowners and businesses.
Rewires
We offer partial or complete rewiring services for properties requiring updated electrical systems. This includes replacing outdated wiring, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and improving the efficiency of electrical installations in both residential and commercial settings.
Lighting Installations
Our lighting services cover installation of downlights, dimmer switches, external lighting, and emergency lighting systems. We tailor solutions to enhance functionality and aesthetics while ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsive service, came quickly - at 90+VAT an hour ... Reconnected mains supply but the cause of the fault was not diagnosed within the first hour despite it clearly being a faulty water heater. An electrician at another firm quickly diagnosed the fault and came back to repair at a cheaper rate.
