Disc Wizards offer CD duplication, vinyl pressing, lenticular printing, CD printing, DVD & blu-ray. 4 & 6 panel CD Digipaks are the most common style of card packaging to accompany your CD duplication. However, larger format digipak CD case configurations are available, such as with 8 or 10 panels, with the options of multiple disc holders and CD booklet pockets.
CD digipaks with multiple trays and CD booklet pockets can all be tailored to suit your exact requirements. For DVD duplication & Blu-ray discs we manufacture the DVD Digipak which uses a larger clear plastic flexitray. These DVD digipaks are the same height as a standard Amaray Style DVD Case, and are available with multiple number of panels and trays.

With black DVD cases we provide an inlay which is printed 1 sided, covering the front, spine and back of the case. If you choose clear cases, then the inlay we provide will be printed on both sides, this way when the case is opened, the reverse print can be seen from the inside. Inserts and booklets can also be inserted into the DVD cases, allowing more space for photos and text.

Ideal for when you just require DVD and CD duplication on spindle without any supplementary cases or bespoke disc packaging. You may already have the cases ready, or do not require any cases or packaging, in which case discs on spindle is the right choice. For order quantities of 500 units and above, the process is known as DVD replication or CD replication.
Lenticular printing

Prices for 3D lenticular prints are determined by the number and complexity of the 3D elements in the print. Sections of the lenticular print which need to be in 3D, require some 3D modelling in order to give the object depth. The modelling process provides the ability to 'look-around' the object. Simple polygonal shapes are easier, faster and cost effective to model compared to complex objects such as animal or human shapes.

We ask you to supply all photos, text copy, logos etc, and we will carry out a professional design layout service for you. Once we have your inputs, our designers will layout the graphics, and send you the design via email for your approval.
