Overall disappointed, booked a carpet clean around a month in advance. Booked for 9am, and took the morning off of work. No one turned up, then around 11am i received a message saying the cleaner was 30 minutes away, I then said that I was not happy that it had taken two hours to update me. They then told me that the driver overrun and had no phone signal. I am not quite sure how a job can over run by 2 and a half hours, and if that is the case they need to either manage their bookings better or explain to the other customer that they will need to come back and finish the job, not leave the other

I can not recommend this company. I had 2 mattresses cleaned today, stains stayed in the mattresses, can not see much difference, the sides of the mattresses were not included in the service... very dissappointed
