Services
Softwashing
Softwashing employs low-pressure equipment and biodegradable chemicals to clean exterior surfaces safely. This method effectively removes algae, moss, and pollutants from delicate materials like K-Render and EPDM roofs. Lasting 4-6 times longer than pressure washing, it protects surfaces while minimising environmental impact through rapid chemical breakdown in soil.
Window Cleaning
Our pure water window cleaning system uses deionised water to achieve streak-free results without detergents. Carbon fibre poles enable safe cleaning of hard-to-reach windows up to 10 meters high. This method prevents water spots and extends cleanliness duration while eliminating ladder use for property protection.
Cladding Cleaning
Professional cladding cleaning restores building aesthetics using soft-washing techniques that preserve material integrity. We remove pollutants and biological growth from cedar wood, plastic renders, and composite panels. This process enhances property appearance while maintaining manufacturer warranties through non-abrasive cleaning methods.
Gutter Cleaning
High-reach gutter cleaning employs ground-based vacuum systems and camera technology for safe, thorough debris removal. Our equipment accesses gutters up to 40ft high, preventing water damage and structural issues. Regular maintenance extends gutter lifespan and prevents costly repairs from blockages.
DOFF Cleaning
DOFF cleaning utilises high-temperature steam at low pressure to remove paint, algae, and contaminants from masonry surfaces. This gentle yet effective method preserves historic buildings and modern brickwork alike. The process eliminates biological growth without chemical residues, maintaining surface integrity through controlled moisture application.

Excellent service with minimum disturbance. Without scaffolding, only access to gutters is by long boom 3 1/2 stories up from basement level.. PC COM has handled this expertly three times with different contacts even at the end of lockdown.

Alex and his team worked hard to clear many years build-up of moss off the room of our new home and then applied softwash to help prevent regrowth - a better and safer process than power washing which some companies do. They also then cleared out and cleaned the gutters and windows. The finished effect is stunning and the envy of our new neighbourhood!
