We are a warm, welcoming and inclusive nursery with a focus on individuality, a place that feels happy, informal and homely. This is somewhere that you and your child will be known well. This is in keeping with our ethos as higher wages across the board supports staff well-being and aids staff retention.
Our staff levels exceed the Ofsted minimum levels by at least one extra staff member in each room. We have a Manager, Billie, and two Deputy managers, Catherine and Jo and our pre-school room is led by Katie, an Early Years Professional (EYP). All staff receive continuous professional development (CPD) training throughout their time at Minihome.

What We Do All Day
Report
We believe that a child learns best and most deeply, by direct experience of the interactions with people around them; the routines, activities, situations, environments and objects, all the stuff of life.
Your child's key worker will establish a secure relationship with your child so that they can take full advantage of the diverse provision at minihome, learning by watching how people behave, by what is valued and by direct involvement with the prepared environment.Your keyworker will visit you and your child at home in the first week of settling in, so that your child can see them welcomed into your home.
