I had the BEST salon experience at McIntyres today! I felt safe, taken care of and listened to. My stylist Nicole discussed what I wanted with me and she 100% delivered. She did a fabulous job blending different tones and darkening and lightening different parts of my hair. I felt like a work of art when I left 10 out of 10

First time at the salon and was treated very well by Nicole, who was personable, attentive, knowledge and friendly. Other customers also seemed to be getting the same level of world class service by the staff. Very reasonable prices for the services and products. Would go again!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I paid 199 for a set of GHDs. 9 days later still nothing. They are blaming there courier (after accusing me of lying and saying Ive done this before) Ive had to tell them my Customer Rights, but since then, theyve ignored all of my emails. Ive contacted Parcel Force, they say McIntyres Salon need to make a claim but theyre not. (Just ignoring me) Im having to go down the route of The Claims Courts which Im told I will 100% win. They will have to refund me, plus my legal bills. These kind of people make me sick, they take money with no hesitation, but

Have been going to Mcintyres for years. Its definitely the best hairdresser in Dundee. Kay is always inspirational when it comes to cut and colour never do I get a boring style. Great service and a friendly and welcoming group of staff
