Whilst on holiday in Wales my son reported a problem with the bathroom taps back home in Chesterfield. I called Advanced Plumbing and Heating asking them if they could help.
Rob agreed to send someone out the next day and my neighbour agreed to stay in and let the plumber in as they had a spare key.
Having stayed in all day my very kind neighbour was let down as no one turned up, no one called.
I spoke to Rob who although apologetic, didn't give any reason for the no show and seemed surprised when I told him I didn't want to rearrange as I wanted a reliable plumber which they obviously are.not
