Cathy is the Managing Director of Searchlight. Under her guidance, Searchlight has become one of the leading providers of Recruitment and Executive Search services to the Media and Entertainment industries. Prior to joining Searchlight, she was Business Manager at the BBC, negotiating and agreeing Factual production budgets on behalf of the BBC1 and BBC2 Commissioners.
