I left my previous accountants a little before COVID as i wanted to have my books done online. I was recommended by a friend to use 1 accounts as they highly recommended them. I definitely made the right choice ny books were a mess and they sorted the whole of my last years books and have them all sorted in this current year aswel. I have recieved online training for using reciept bank and xero and finding it alot easier now. Everyone i have delt with at 1 accounts have been brilliant and really helpful.
