I booked a last minute appointment here just before Christmas. It was my first time at this salon and I'm so glad I went! Mikki was so lovely and gave me the best haircut I've ever had. She made me feel very comfortable and I had full trust in her. I will definitely be a regular client now!

I went for my 40th birthday party updo.....never been a customer here before. Was recommended to me. I asked for an up do, that didn't move for my evening and I was assured, my do would not move. I was charged £8 extra for extra time without being told. My party started at 6pm....by 8pm my hair was falling out at the back and looked a mess! Very upset and disappointed. Contacted the salon via facebook message on the Sunday, to be ignored and blocked on the Monday. Absolutely shocked and stunned!
