Ashley and the team at Rapunzel are amazing!! They are honest and realistic with you, whilst making your dreams become a reality. When I first visited them 11 weeks ago I never thought Id love my hair as much as I do today! Id suffered from badly heated damaged hair for so long and decided hair extensions were the way forward. From my first consultation to having the extensions fitted, Ashley and the team were there to answer any questions I had. I cant recommend them highly enough - worth every penny! Thank you all so much for giving me the hair Ive wanted for so long!!

I got my hair done here a couple of times a few years ago and something on TV prompted me to look at reviews for this salon. I was quite happy to see that there are other reviews that reflected my experience.. The owner of the salon is extremely rude and thinks she is better than everyone else. The girl who was doing my hair seemed to have the same attitude too, very unfriendly and snappy. I was actually quite happy with my hair however I'm giving a 1 star review as I did have some issues with them falling out, but was told that it was my fault even though I had followed all their after care

I have been going to Rapunzel for a few years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They have changed my life, I now have the best hair ever. My confidence is back and I never ever have to worry about how my hair looks. Ashley and her fabulous team are fantastic, they are masters in their field. In fact I think of them as hair magicians. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed, they listen to you and they genuinely care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
