The Elgin is the amalgamation of 4 Promenade Hotels that were originally built in the 1930's and this makes all of our 89 en-suite rooms unique in shape and size. Guests can choose from 6 different room types from a Standard en-suite through to a Club Class Executive room, which we believe is possibly the best "designer" room available on the Prom.
Dog-Friendly Rooms

We understand that dogs are very much part of a family, and therefore we are happy to accommodate small dogs in a selected number of bedrooms. Out of consideration for our other guests, we do ask that all dogs (except guide dogs) are kept out of public areas at all times. At the time of booking, please just let one of our reception team know that you are looking for a dog-friendly room, and we will be happy to help.

There are two Bar Lounges in the Hotel, Stan's Bar and Jimmy's Bar which both stock an excellent supply of wines, spirits, beers and ales. Jimmy's Bar also has a delicious Bar Snack Menu available during the day, which you could choose to enjoy on our beautiful outdoor patio area overlooking the sea.

This Elgin Evening is all about giving the the fundraising for our fantastic charity, The Boathouse Youth, a final push. Chef will be serving up a doubly-delicious evening meal, and we'll have the brilliant Jason Oliver to keep us entertained all evening. We'll be playing bingo too, as well as selling raffle tickets (with all proceeds going to charity), so we're hoping to make some lucky people very happy!
