Situation. I had dental phobia, a very unwell mouth, lots of missing teeth, wouldn't laugh, a huge gap and yellow stained teeth. I went to Robert really as a last resort with the view of having implants in the hope of transforming my mouth and so my story begins. I figured that to have an assessment would not do any harm which of course it didn't. Robert assessed and built a plan with no sugar coating, no false promises and after photographs and X Rays explained exactly how he would tackle the job. At this point his many years experience became very apparent to me and my confidence in his ability

Called to book an emergency orthodontic appointment. Receptionist was rude so this totally put me off and I went elsewhere.

I had booked with the hygienist in April and receptionist said that it will cost me 59 for 30 min. Due to Covid19 my appointment was cancelled and I had to rebook but nobody told me about the changing prices, it went up for 10. As it was my first time going there I missed the last turn and arrived 8 min later. Nobody told me that my appointment gonna be cut to half time and instead of 30 min I was in clinic 20 min but their also was questions what tipe of toothbrushes, toothpaste and flossing I am using so with open mouth it was even less than 15 min..... Honestly 69for 15 min. isn't overpriced

A very Professional Dental Practice. Robert performed an outstanding job on my teeth over the past year. The work was very complex and difficult. He is extremely committed to getting things perfect and is a very skilled operator. He has a pleasant manner which relaxes the patient. The rest of the Team provided a high level of Customer care .
