Alex was nothing but brilliant. He helped us to purchase our first home in the manic rush before the stamp duty holiday ended. We feel that Alex went above and beyond and we actually completed on the stamp duty holiday deadline meaning we save stamp duty buying our first home! Which we will forever be grateful for. We would 100% instruct Alex the next time we move, he was informative, extremely quick at responding and generally really pleasant to work with. Alex was recommended to us by friends and I'm so glad we had him on board to help us navigate the process of buying our first home. Ive used Alex a number of times now, most recently for buying my new home in East Sussex. Despite setting a very tight timescale to complete before the stamp duty deadline, Alex was amazing throughout, offered great advice and I managed to complete yesterday saving in stamp duty!
