What hair services do you offer?
We provide cutting, colouring (including balayage), keratin straightening, upstyles, restyles, perming, and luxury beauty treatments using premium Wella and Kevin Murphy products.
Do you offer beauty treatments?
Yes, Holimed Beauty at our Richmond location offers facials, eyebrow/eyelash services, and waxing performed by professional beauty therapists in a dedicated treatment room.
How can I book an appointment?
Book via our website or contact either salon directly. Kew operates by appointment only, while Richmond has set hours Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% fee for hair appointments to accommodate our stylists' schedules and other clients.
Are your stylists qualified?
All stylists hold professional qualifications with 14-25 years industry experience. Our team includes award-winning hairdressers mentored by industry leaders and trained in international techniques.
What products do you use?

Easy to overlook, l've worked in Kew for a few years without realising this studio was here but Brooke is an excellent hairdresser and clearly cares about what she does.
