I've rented from West as private tenants in Oxford for just over 2 years. This is by far one of the best letting agents I have used. They are honest, transparent, highly professional, and overall pleasant to work with. All maintenance issues have been addressed really quickly and to a great standard. They have also provided an excellent channel of communication between us and the landlords, which is something that is really important for both sides of every tenancy agreement. We've just finished renting with West in Wantage, and I really wanted to add a review to say how great they have been as a company to deal with. I have NEVER said that about any letting agency before - normally they're a load of crooks, and as a renter you feel that they are very strongly biased towards the landlord. At West you felt like they were looking after the interests of both parties, which, when you are spending over 15K per year through them, seems only fair.
Happier tennants are better tenants, so this approach works as well for landlords as for renters. Everyone's a winner.
