On January 20, 2025, I transferred 100 as a deposit for a car into their bank account. On February 3, 2025, I transferred an additional 200 as a refundable deposit. I intended to part-exchange my vehicle, which they valued at 4,000. Unfortunately, my car finance application was unsuccessful due to the high mileage of the cars I was interested in. On February 5, 2025, I requested a refund of my 300 deposit, which they promised to return. However, after seven working days, I have yet to receive my money.
Until proven otherwise, I suspect fraud, although I am surprised because it is a well-established business. I am considering seeking assistance from GMB Union lawyers, as I am a member, licensed and registered PHV driver, or pursuing a claim in small claims court. I have also consulted a family lawyer and will take further action if the refund does not arrive soon.

We were well explained about everything in detail. Mr Talha and Mr Ahmed dealt us and madenua comfortable . Sana assisted us in finding the car when we made query and was sweet enough after meeting her. Highly recommended. One Mot was given to us and we have been to.many garages and we had sour and horrifying experience but these guys are honest
