Super quick with responding to any questions via email, very professional in their response too! Love that they send you a text the night before to let you know that they're coming, unlike other window cleaning services! The gentleman (Oliver) who cleaned my windows this afternoon was so friendly and professional, up for a laugh and had the biggest grin- no challenge too small for him either, which is commendable to say the least! I felt so comfortable with this company. Always difficult to entrust your home to strangers. These people are friendly & ooze professionalism, most of all integrity. So much that I trusted them to do my windows outside & inside. The scientific cleaning worked like a dream with crystal clean results. John & team are worth every penny & I look forward to having my patio cleaned by Pro-smart later in the year!
