Awful. We used the company for many years and no issues, then moved and will never use them again. We forgot to put our bin out, so the bin cleaner took it upon himself to remove the contents of our bin and put it in our skip so he could clean the bin. This then caused flies and rubbish to go onto the road. I emailed the company to complain, their responses were appalling and threatening, all over 2.50. Avoid using them
