The reason behind your score is that what you pay to gold card electricians which is 15,75\h ; in my opinion it is unacceptable wages for knowledge electricians need to gain to become qualified electrician. I am very happy that I did not join your team as today Iam earning a lot more. You are asking why I scored you so low and asking for explanation but you could not tell me why you did not liked me.
