What hair services do you offer?
We provide haircuts, blow-drying, colouring, permanent waves, balayage highlights, and wedding hairstyling. Both walk-in and appointment-based services are available across our 20 cutting stations.
Can I book an appointment?
Yes, we recommend booking appointments with preferred stylists by calling 01473 215531. Walk-in customers are welcome but may experience wait times during peak hours.
Do you operate in France?
Yes, our second salon in Le Mesnil Adelee, Normandy (established 2009) offers appointment-only services while maintaining the same quality standards as our Ipswich location.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade products from Wella, Schwarzkopf, and GHD, including shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and colour treatments available for retail purchase.
What are your opening hours?
Our Ipswich salon is open Monday-Saturday 09:00-17:30. The France location operates by appointment only, contactable at 06.68.93.77.68.

I recently visited the salon and had a full head of highlights and restyle with the lovely Leanne. She was absolutely amazing. I'm so thrilled with my new hair do, she advised and assisted me with tips and tricks to maximize my style and I just couldn't be happier. The added bonus was a massage whilst I had my hair washed, absolute luxury. I will be booking with Leanne again in a few months for a refresher of current and trim.
