Caldecote Day Nursery was founded in 1995 by proprietor Mariana Dixon whose aim was to provide high quality, affordable childcare for all. Mariana is a qualified Nursery Nurse with over 30 years' experience in childcare and early education. In 1995, the nursery opened as an 18 place setting, offering childcare to 2 - 5 year olds.

At Caldecote Day Nursery our team all hold professional qualifications but also share the same beliefs and values, attitude and enthusiasm with regards to their outlook towards childcare. Each staff member brings different experiences to the setting but they all share the same goal of delivering a high quality, learning experience to each child.

We have monthly newsletters to keep parents and carers informed of everything that is happening at Caldecote Day Nursery and information is also regularly updated on our website. Our team keep a regular record of the progress of each child in their very own 'Learning Journal' which is online and therefore available for you to look at whenever you wish.
