Amazing staff who make you feel safe and comfortable. Would rate this practice 5* for politeness and being professional. Very helpful staff. amazing receptionist too who was very helpful and very compassionate. Iv not been to dentist for 6yrs due to very bad experience in Stevenage but here was totally different. Amazing bunch of staff.

Exceptional dentist practice, friendly family run and all the staff are great, the practice has some really advanced 3d scanning equipment that goes to the onsite lab to make crowns the same day if required. now look forward to actually going to the dentist! Highly recommend it.

I think the receptionist (female) needs more customer service training and how to better deal with people from a diverse ethnicity. She was very rude and behaved passive aggressive, showd no empathy or understanding.

Do not bother. Dentysts keep pushing you to go privately to the point that they lie to you that scale and polish is not available on NHS band 1. Since when? It's impossible to book or change appoitment as no one over pick-up the phone at reception. Over last couple of days, if you try to call them you will be a busy tone and disconnect straight away. Very unprofessional.
