I had a LOreal Xtenso straightening treatment. Unfortunately this has damaged my hair. It has chemically burnt my hair - all around my hair line has singed / broken off to an inch long (from long hair). There are broken strands throughout my hair as if its had mulitple bleaches. I wasnt given the required hair mask when leaving only the shampoo. I asked if It could be sent to me - never to be sent - no further contact from the salon - I had to buy my own. Now Ive had to buy lots of repair products to try and tackle the damage.
