A really HIDEOUS experience. We were given a house in poor condition: extremely dirty and dusty, furnitures damaged and water boiler completely not working. On time and precise just when they have to get money, but when they owe you something... good luck! It took me 5 weeks to get my deposit back, when they can legally keep for 30 days (...or 14, I still don't know as they gave me a different answer everytime I asked). In conclusion, don't waste your time and money with such rude and unprofessional estate agency.

Can I get a ZERO STARS button please? ONE STAR is too much. I will be 100% honest with this. I've been living in this council house for 10 months under an "Alamo Estates" contract and they NEVER helped with ANY question/problem that occurred in the property. Broken windows never repaired, non-working water boiler, scratched walls.. The first time I entered in the house I found it full of DIRT and DUST.
They want the rent payments to be done as soon as possible: but when it comes to refund the deposit they can take all the time that they want!! (to me it took five entire weeks)

Called and was extremely rude, was answered back with sarcasm when I was making a simple enquiry about a property. If you don't like to do a job, don't do it - it comes across as unprofessional and rude.

Should be Zero Star!!
Worse customer service experienced - doesnt know nothing about the market he is proposing to sell/rent flats in and not forthcoming to provide/answer questions.
Needs to learn some manners if dealing with public as swearing and shouting isnt acceptable as he got caught out with valuation and blaming it on the landlord. Back to basics my friend customer is key for any business!
