Wayne began his career as an electrician as an apprentice working for Hepher Electrical Services, completing a full Joint Industry Board qualification. After almost ten years honing his skills and developing his experience in the electrical industry, Wayne moved RD Wild & Co Electrical Contractors, where he worked as a contractor for many years before taking on the role of Managing Director when the existing holder retired.
Day to day, he is responsible for designing and delivering major projects and constantly looking for ways that the company's systems can be improved. Wayne's favourite part of his role is that every job is bespoke and seeing the end solution in a working environment is rewarding and satisfying.
