As a Court of Protection Deputy I was recommended this company by Acumen Estates in Liverpool I used this company to sell a property. The service has been very good. Also very quick. Kept me up to date with all events in relation to sale of house. also very supportive with documents I had to complete. The costs have ben very reasonable, and the days they where in receipt of funds for the property it was sent to my account the same day. I was then forwarded a full breakdown within 48 hrs . well done.

No accurate directions. No prior information to my appointment - accessibility, car parking, train stations nearby etc. Satnav / Google maps took me to Salisbury Street. Upon arrival there were no signs indicating the whereabouts of SHL. Eventually went into St Helens Chamber and still no indication of SHL. I am now late for my appointment. Informed the solicitor was on the phone, waited 20 minutes. Was told that I would be taken to a room whilst solicitor was still on the phone, no room was available. I informed the lady / receptionist that this was not acceptable and left. A total shambles of

I have been a client of SHL for many years and have always found them to be a first class practice. All staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Particular thanks to Kirsty Cartwright (Probate Dep.) for her excellent advice over recent weeks. The law is a complicated field, but SHL lawyers are great at explaining things in simple, clear terms. Their fees are fair and their service is always efficient, whatever specialty a client requires.
