I asked to go back to natural hair colour (a mousey brown) after being blonde for 2 years. After my hair was dyed and dried it looked jet black, I brought up my concerns which were discouraged. As well as this, the dye was poorly put on, leaving stains on my cheeks. I rang the next day to explain my concerns and was kindly seen to, immediately. I was offered a free colour fix which I really appreciated. However, after showing the stylist how I wanted to adapt the new and unfortunate colour on me, I was ignored and they proceeded with what they wanted to do to it. This left me feeling out of control

I have a curly hair and cutting it always mortifies me because it is soooo risky and never looks the way i want it to look. I don't remember the name of the lady who cut my hair, but for the first time in my life I was IN LOVE with my haircut! It was exactly what i wanted and I can't wait to go back for my next cut!
