I booked an appointment on the 20th November for 8th January. Since then, I had no communication from the salon. I left a voicemail a day before my booking to make sure it is going ahead. On the date of my booking as I was driving for my appointment, the salon have returned my call saying I didn't leave a deposit and that's why my booking has been cancelled. They claimed to call me multiple times and to leave three messages on my voicemail. I had no calls (I looked through the call history on my phone) and no voicemails at all. I don't know how it is possible for the salon to claim to call me multiple

Amazing hairdresser. I have been going here for 3 years and I don't know how Bethany does it, but love my hair more and more after every visit. Would 100% recommend.

It has taken me years to find the perfect hairdresser but I have finally found it!! Julia is just amazing!! She is knowledgeable and has a real passion for what she does. Being able to book online works great for me and helps to keep me organised. Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and I look forward to my visits. It feels like I am visiting old friends to catch up on the gossip.

LOVE this salon! Liam, Julia and Bethany are all so nice and friendly, the salon feels welcoming and such talented stylists. I have been on numerous occasions and always love the experience and the result. Julia does my balyage and after years of being scared of hairdressers ruining my hair i have finally found a salon I can trust! Will be back soon for sure!
