After graduating from Surrey University, I joined one of the top national recruitment agencies. Those first 10 years covered a variety of roles, the final 5 of which were as Regional Director for the South, running 13 busy recruitment offices. Armed with this experience I took the opportunity to start an independent agency with the aim of setting new standards in Southampton and the surrounding area.
