If you do not know whether the property is freehold or leasehold, we recommend that you select freehold. If it transpires that the property is leasehold, we will provide you with a revised estimate. This fixed price covers all work which would be required in a standard conveyancing transaction. Your ID will be verified both with you and by way of an electronic check of registers and data held such as the Electoral Roll.
