What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is £650 plus VAT and delivery charges.
How long is the hire period?
The standard hire period is 3 days, with extended hire available at additional cost.
Can I collect and return items myself?
Yes, but you are responsible for all items from collection until they are checked back in at our warehouse.
Is linen hire available separately?
Linen and napkins can only be hired alongside our tableware collection.
What deposit is required?
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure bookings, with the balance due four weeks before the hire date.
Are charger plates food-safe?
No, charger plates are decorative only. We provide food-safe dinnerware for hire.

The White Chair Company provided us with absolutely stunning table wear and chairs for our wedding day. The gold cutlery and and gold rimmed glasswear looked gorgeous and complimented our scheme perfectly. They even went out of their way to source table linen in the perfect shade of pink for us too! The cherry on the cake was the pink vintage style sofa and chairs which looked absolutely beautiful and so perfect and provided a perfect photo backdrop! We cant say thank you enough for making the whole process easy and stress free from start to finish!

Nadia was fantastic in working with us to provide beautiful items for styling our wedding at Mapperton. In particular, the crockery and glassware provided for the wedding breakfast looked absolutely stunning. She was a delight to work with throughout the process, always proving to be flexible and friendly throughout, and worked brilliantly with our wedding planner to finalise things just before the wedding. Highly recommended!

We had a vision for our wedding day and The White Chair Company helped us create this with their beautiful equipment for hire. It was proving to be quite difficult to hire gold cutlery but the only way to complete our image was if we had this, The White Chair company have the most beautiful gold matte cutlery which looks stunning with their gold Cheltenham chairs. We also hired some gorgeous rattan furniture as a chill out area for our guests to enjoy throughout the whole day through to the evening. WOW thank you so much for amazing customer service and helping us create our dream wedding day.
