Milling
Our milling department utilises advanced vertical machining centres with Heidenhain controls for precision components up to 2m x 1m x 1m. Fourth-axis capabilities and manual machines support diverse production needs. Expert engineers ensure accurate machining of ferrous/non-ferrous materials and engineering plastics, backed by Mastercam CAD/CAM systems and comprehensive inspection facilities.
Turning
Ten CNC lathes with Fanuc controls handle turning operations up to 3m long and 75mm diameter. Bar feeds and live tooling enhance production efficiency while maintaining precision. Our capabilities extend to 2000mm x 250mm non-bar feed machining, supported by extensive inspection technology for quality assurance.
Welding and Fabrication
Four dedicated welding bays feature MIG, TIG, and laser welding technologies for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Press brake and guillotine equipment enable precise sheet metal forming. Our specialists create conveyors, machine guarding, and structural components while maintaining strict quality standards through in-process inspection.
Assembly
We provide complete assembly services for manufactured components, including onsite pre-assembly support. Our integrated approach combines machining, fabrication, and assembly under one roof, with optional factory space rental for client-led prototyping and design validation.
Integrated Services
Our one-stop solution coordinates design assistance, subcontract machining, surface treatments, and delivery logistics.
