Moved out of property almost two months ago and still waiting for the return of deposit. Extremely unprofessional (and I'm sure illegal). Now reported to TDS NI and Environmental Health. Would not recommend.

Awful service - had mould in apartment which contractor said needed new paint and fungicide but mcgeowns told us to open the windows and keep heat on, had silverfish in toilet which they did nothing about, fridge broke and took a week to be replaced - they said waiting for landlord but when landlord arrived with new one he said he was told about it the day before. Staff keeept pressuring us to sign a new lease even though we didn't want to and then threatened to kick us out with out any information from landlord and when we decided to leave it took a month to get our deposit back
