CNC Milling and Turning
Our CNC milling and turning services produce complex components with tolerances up to 3 microns. Using multi-axis machines and 3D CAD software, we manufacture parts from prototype to production runs. Materials include exotic alloys and high-conductivity metals for sectors like medical and aerospace.
Laser Cutting
We offer fibre optic laser cutting for metals up to 25mm thick, including stainless steel and aluminium. Our 4m x 2m bed machines achieve 0.1mm precision, reducing secondary machining needs while supporting rapid prototyping and large-scale production.
Specialist Welding
Our coded welders perform high-integrity welding on materials like Inconel and Duplex. Services include reclamation welding and subsea overlay welding, with full documentation to PCN Level 2 standards for offshore and industrial applications.
Sheet Metal Forming
Using CNC brake presses and Trumpf tooling, we form sheet metal from 0.5mm thickness. Capabilities include bracket manufacturing, enclosure fabrication, and complex assemblies with tolerances maintained across batch runs.
Non-Destructive Testing
We provide MPI and dye penetrant testing to detect surface and subsurface defects in components. Our PCN Level 2 technicians ensure compliance with industry standards for pressure vessels, structural steelwork, and precision machined parts.

Twice i have visited Impress and on both occasions have found there service brilliant, price was the same as the cheepest i found on line and in stainless rather than plain mild steel, very polite and helpfull staff.
