From start to finish brilliant service, freedom to walk around at pleasure without being hounded by sales people, choose the car and derek salesman was brilliant and helpful, highly recommend and lots of cars to choose from

I purchased a 2012 Ford focus titanium from Chana and after driving it for a few days it developed a problem which would not have been obvious when purchased. Returned to the garage and it was fixed and sorted, and a loan car was provided. Would highly recommend Chana for friendly, pleasant and efficient service.

Shame I can't give this place 1 star really. If you are thinking of getting a car from them PLEASE DO NOT DO IT! Ignore the positive reviews, even if runs it is most likely hiding many issues. Awful customer service. Awful communication. The car's they sell are utter rubbish. Problems start to finish.
Luckily we financed a car from them otherwise it would have been nearly impossible to get it all sorted. On the drive home the brakes seized on, causing smoke to pour from the brake pads. When phoning them they asked us to drive it back... When I said they brakes are stuck on they didn't seem bothered

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM.NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I GOT MY VAN MOT'D LAST SATURDAY 03/07/21 FROM THERE GARAGE ON WHEELRIGHT LANE,COVENTRY.IT FAILED ON 4 MINOR THINGS.THEY QUOTED ME 243.00 FOR REPAIRS WITH THE MOT PRICE OF 45 INCLUDED. I RANG THEM TODAY 07/07/21 TO BOOK IN FOR SATURDAY 10/07/21 TO GET THE WORK DONE ON VAN AND THEY SAID ITS GOING TO BE 360.00 FOR THE REPAIRS.THATS 117 EXTRA THERE TRYING TO CON ME OUT OF.
ANOTHER PERSON I KNOW SAID THEY TRIED THE SAME WITH HIM.

Partner bought car, had issues with dpf filter from the beginning took back many times, they did not fix just fobbed off, spent more money on it now less than 2 years on the engine and oil pump has gone. Do not recommend using this place.
