At Little Leprechauns Day Nursery we value all of our children and families. We promote mutual respect and are an inclusive setting. We want children to be independent learners so that they can make their own choices and build and develop strong relationships and friendships with lots of people. We encourage children to try their best and to follow our simple rules.

The long serving staff at Little Leprechauns have a large range of qualifications from NVQ Level 3 through to BA (HONS) Degree in Early Years and childhood studies. The staff are always very keen to attend different training courses both within the Nursery and with the local authority.
The Little Leprechauns team ensure that they build close relationships with their key children and also with all parents/carers, giving daily feedback to keep parents informed of their child's day.Throughout the year the staff will also complete progress reports for each individual child and twice a year the nursery holds parent evenings.

Our highly qualified and experienced staff appreciate that children are competent learners from birth and they spend quality time observing the children to plan a curriculum that is both interesting and challenging. In order to ensure that children have the freedom to explore, investigate, snuggle up, and make choices, the room has been designed to encourage sensory and heuristic, play and development.
