Really disappointing. Paid for parking and was told included a free tea/scone, when asking to use the bathroom was told no no sorry without a reasoning. Later asked a young member of staff who asked for a covid cert and allowed access where another member of staff rudely stated that the toilets are for customers only although we were in fact customers. After we had walked round the causeway returned for the tea and scone and were afterwards told that the money we paid was a parking fee and we still had to pay a bill

Super friendly staff. Gomer especially deserves a mention, friendly and attentive. A coeliac in our party was particularly well looked after with a breakfast area for gluten free cereal, bread and a dedicated toaster.

Stayed here yesterday, not the first time as we love the location and the hotel itself, room was beautiful, clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The only problem was the food. My other half was taking me a away for my birthday and we were expecting to have a lovely meal and a couple of drinks, when the meal came out it was plain and not a lot on the plate it was quite pricey for nothing special. Safe to say we went to bed hungry last nite. Then this morning we really looking forward to breakfast and my partners fry looked like nothing on the plate it was small. To be honest

Was a good place to stop for a meal after the extensive walking we had done on the day. They had a limited menu, was worse for me as I don't eat beef. That said, the food was good and the service was friendly. I had fish and chips with mushy peas.... which was nice, not brilliant, but good. The place is a little steep, pretty much in line with the other places around the area. I had expected it to be more expensive considering the location (right at the top of the trail to giants causeway), luckily its prices were similar to other places around.
