Before the current pandemic, the experience of being a patient here was one reflecting both a high level of care and expertise on the medical side, and great efficiency and a real effort made by reception staff to work around patients' personal circumstances on the admin side. The very low staff turnover here is telling and enables secure, trusting relationships to be built between staff and patients.
Despite all the additional measures needed to be in place at the moment and the increased pressure on staff to apply these, there is no change whatsoever in their usual high standards. I was a patient
