Whatley Recordon is based in the heart of Malvern, Worcestershire, in attractive, accessible offices on the side of the Malvern Hills. The firm was created through the merger of three of the oldest and most established solicitors' practices in Malvern, giving us an excellent client base, which thrives as we attract new business.

Our partner Martha Recordon is a family law specialist and the head of our family department. In family matters, it is inevitable that tensions run high at times. Our partner David Parry specialises in property law and is the head of our property department. We are located in the centre of three farming counties and act for a number of farmers and land owners. Our partner Benedict Recordon, who with his family operates a 500-acre mixed farm in Herefordshire, is well placed to advise on the sale and purchase of agricultural land as well as inheritance tax planning for farmers.
