Pipe Fabrication
Our ASME IX-certified team fabricates spool and pipe support systems using carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. We handle diameters from 1/4" to 48" with wall thicknesses between 2mm and 25mm, offering in-house galvanizing and thermal spray coating services. With 300 sqm workshop space and overhead cranes, we deliver precision-engineered pipework for subsea and industrial applications.
Structural Fabrication
We produce structural components to DNV-ST-E271 and EN12079 standards using carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Our 2000 sqm workshop accommodates thicknesses from 3mm to 100mm, with capabilities in AWS D1.1-certified welding and customer-specific paint coatings. This service supports offshore platforms, topside installations, and onshore infrastructure projects across multiple industries.
Blast Cleaning
Our Norsok M-501-certified team provides abrasive grit blasting using steel, garnet, and aluminium oxide for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The 100 sqm facility prepares surfaces to exacting standards for offshore, subsea, and industrial environments. This critical process ensures optimal adhesion for subsequent protective coating applications.
Protective Coatings
We apply thermal spray coatings of aluminium, bronze, and zinc alongside customer-specific paint systems in our 300 sqm paintshop. Certified to Norsok M-501 Systems 1 and 7, our coatings protect assets in splash zones, offshore installations, and harsh industrial environments. This service integrates with our blast cleaning capabilities for complete surface treatment solutions.
Thermal Spray Application
Specialist application of metallic coatings using thermal spray technology for corrosion resistance and surface enhancement. We apply aluminium, bronze, and zinc coatings to protect critical components in subsea, offshore, and industrial settings. This process extends asset life while maintaining dimensional integrity through precise material deposition.
