Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service utilises pure water filtration technology and traditional methods to deliver streak-free results for residential and commercial properties. Certified technicians employ extendable poles and rope access techniques to safely clean windows at height while maintaining HSE compliance. Regular maintenance prevents mineral build-up and extends window lifespan, with pricing starting from 30 for standard domestic properties.
Gutter Clearance
Professional gutter cleaning service removes debris and blockages to prevent water damage to properties. Our technicians use specialist equipment to clear gutters, downpipes, and roof valleys while inspecting for structural issues. Preventative maintenance plans include digital reporting and seasonal checks to maintain optimal drainage performance across Northamptonshire properties.
Pressure Washing
High-pressure cleaning solutions remove stubborn dirt and biological growth from external surfaces including driveways, patios, and commercial facades. Our equipment delivers controlled water pressure to clean without surface damage, with adjustable settings for different materials. Commercial clients benefit from scheduled maintenance to maintain professional appearances with minimal operational disruption.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Specialist solar panel cleaning restores energy efficiency by removing dirt and mineral deposits that reduce performance. Our technicians use deionised water systems to clean panels without leaving residue, with annual maintenance plans including performance checks. Regular cleaning maintains optimal energy generation for residential and commercial solar installations across the region.
Conservatory Cleaning
Comprehensive conservatory maintenance includes roof, frame, and glazing cleaning to restore light transmission and appearance. Our process removes algae, lichen, and environmental pollutants from uPVC and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning solutions. Regular cleaning prevents long-term damage and maintains the structural integrity of conservatory frameworks.

Avoid this company and if you can't, make sure you don't pay upfront. My windows cleaning appointment was re-scheduled 5 times. You've to chase as there was no response for missed appointment(after you paid money). Hopefully, you won't be fooled like me in believing positive reviews (strangely most positive reviews only wrote 1 Review ever on Google for this company).

Recently Matthew cleaned the windows for me, did a very good job, has done with a lot of patience. He turned up very quickly on the same day I called as he had some spare time between jobs and I want them cleaned immediately. Definitely recommend him and would be happy to use his services again.

I don't usually take time out to write reviews, however, I feel it necessary to share the amazing provided by Shining Window Cleaners Ltd.
Matthew took time out time to personally visit the property and provide a quote for the works (prices for which are also stated on the brilliant website). After speaking with Matthew, I am delighted to have met such an admirable person who is genuine, honest, professional, hard-working, community spirited and most importantly has a great sense of humour. As agreed, Matthew from Shining Window Cleaners arrived at the property on the agreed date. Having observed
