FWD Sequential Gearkits
Our FWD sequential gearkits convert standard H-pattern gearboxes into race-ready units while retaining original components. These drop-in replacements maintain factory clutch and differential systems while offering rapid gear changes. Designed for motorsport applications, they feature reinforced casings and optional ATB differentials. With compatibility across Alfa Romeo, Ford, Honda, and Toyota platforms, these gearkits deliver proven performance in competitive environments.
ATB Limited Slip Differentials
The Quaife ATB differential automatically transfers torque to wheels with grip without mechanical wear components. This helical gear system improves traction in both front and rear-wheel drive vehicles while maintaining ABS compatibility. Backed by a lifetime warranty, these differentials enhance handling balance and reduce tyre wear. Used by major manufacturers including Ford and BMW in high-performance models.
Motorsport Gearboxes
Our motorsport gearboxes incorporate close-ratio gears and dog engagement systems for rapid shifts under extreme conditions. Available in five, six, and seven-speed configurations, they support both helical and straight-cut gear options. Designed using FEA software and precision-machined for durability, these units serve circuit racing, rallying, and trackday applications across Ford, Porsche, and Nissan platforms.
Crown Wheel & Pinions
Precision-engineered crown wheel and pinion sets optimise vehicle gearing for competition requirements. Available in ratios from 3.111:1 to 5.857:1 for Ford and Lotus applications, these components use high-tensile steel with manganese phosphate coating. Complete differential assemblies include bearings and oil seals, with optional lightweight aluminium casings for easier ratio changes.
Uprated Halfshafts
High-tensile alloy steel halfshafts improve durability in rear-wheel drive competition cars. Manufactured using spline-rolling and CNC straightening processes, these components reduce failure risk under extreme loads. Available in multiple spline configurations for Ford applications, including 22-tooth English and 18-tooth Atlas variants. Custom lengths available for specialist vehicle builds.

They are incapable of answering regardless of the question that you have about a gearbox for which they received a ~2500 GBP. If you ask: Can I put a revers light switch? The answer is: "We don't know..." Can I put a speedo: "We don't know..." I don't recommend them at all. They are a huge dissapointment.

They could support their products like other manufacturers do no matter how old they are. What am I supposed to do with a sequential gearbox I can no longer get parts for ?? throw it away?? They could also reply to emails and facebook messages... that would be nice. Guess my new gearbox will be from Sadev !

The Quaife ATB fitted to my PG1 gearbox was the best modification to the car. Power is nothing without control, as the saying goes! Recommended.

Been running a six speed sequential in my TD5 Defender 110 for just over a year now, totally transformed my driving and results. We race in the French Tout Terrain Championship which is all hard off-road very rough tracks, the old "Cimes Tractor" spends a fair bit off and on the ground and we find the sequential box is a godsend and works very well… with the tuned TD5 engine. Sadly a little driver error two weeks ago in the mountains at Saint Pee sur Nivelle I managed to loose control and hit a tree very hard in 5th, the Defender sustained heavy damage and the front axle was pushed back

I would not install a quaife gearbox in my tractor,after buying to brand new gearboxes for both to fail & require full rebuilds & then to fail yet again & not forgetting the list of excuses & poor service by quaife,we had gearboxes inspected by an independent to confirm that that internals/gears where different grades of metal & build quality was below poor,we now run a SADEV box quality quaife 101% scrap
