Ian Dance created IDS in 1988 after a long career in the catering industry. Building networks with local businesses, the MOD, schools and care homes, Ian created a portfolio of clients who continue to use IDS today. In 2009 Ian retired leaving his sons Bruce and Glynn to take IDS forward. They have brought to the business a wealth of experience in the catering arena including working in hotels and restaurants.
