Excellent service, had absolutely awful toothache from a cracked molar, but have anxiety visiting a dentist, but I was in the chair about 10 minutes after phoning for an appointment, and back out after about 20 minutes minus offending tooth with abscess, I cannot say how grateful I am to the staff there for helping me, thank you everyone.

Excellent treatment and service throughout the 25 years I have been a patient with the practice, I have seen several dentist over the time including Mr Gibbs and now have Bronwin who has always been superb and very professional which represents the entire practise.

Have been to this dentist a few times. Last visit was during the pandemic for emergency treatment. Had a tooth pulled out totally painlessly. My usual dentist here also resolved a long standing issue my previous dentist has failed to resolve. Attending as an NHS patient so costs have been very reasonable. Scale and polish expensive but did a good job so thought it was value for money

Excellent dentist I had a tooth extraction done today 8.45am in and out within 20 minutes no pain whatsoever. I fear of dentist. However they made me feel at ease if there was more stars I would surely give them. Excellent quality service. Thank you too all staff

I've had bad experiences at other dental practices, however I've had to go a number of times to DSS during my two pregnancies as well as after them both - I haven't got a bad word to say about them. I needed a root canal and was absolutely dreading it due to people stating I'd be in pain . . . I genuinely didn't feel a thing so was so relieved. I've recommended this dental practice to a number of people now.

I was referred to this dentist to have a tooth removed as my own dentist could not do it. I was made to feel very unwelcome even though I was referred through no fault of my own. The dentist I met was brusque, aloof & very unfriendly. The whole experience was very painful & made all the worse by their attitude of seeming not to want referred patients in the surgery. I didn't have to pay for this service so I assume that is why I was treated like a leper, but I also assume they get paid via the NHS for doing it in any case so why take it out on the patient?
