All our team adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals". Henry Donaldson and Richard Bannister qualified with a BDS in the same year at Sheffield University Dental School in 2001. They have since worked in both NHS and private practice, both at home and overseas.
Their commitment to a higher standard of care has seen them both undertake extensive further postgraduate study that gives them a firm grounding in the sciences of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. They are delighted to be taking over as lead dentists at Swan, and to be continuing the tradition of quality patient care upheld by Mrs Norman and her predecessors.

We set aside time each day for emergency appointments. Priority is given to our registered patients but we always try to accommodate those in distress! For patients on our payment plan, emergency appointments and temporary fillings are free of charge. Our plan will also reimburse you if you need to seek emergency dental treatment anywhere else in the world.

We have a full Canon digital SLR setup for dental photography, to help plan smiles along with our technicians and to discuss options with our patients. Don't worry, no photographs will ever be shared without your permission - confidentiality is important to us. The patient's 'gummy' smile and old crowns made her too embarrassed to smile.
