CNC Tube Laser Cutting
Our Bodor fibre laser system achieves 20% faster processing for metal tubes, handling diameters from 8-230mm with 0.05mm/m accuracy. CNC Sheet Metal Cutting
The Bodor P Series laser cutter delivers 200m/min cutting speeds for sheets up to 4000x2000mm. With 6kW-60kW power options, we process materials from thin gauge to 30mm thick plate while maintaining 0.03mm repositioning accuracy. This ensures clean edges and minimal burring for critical applications.
Precision Steel Folding
Using Morgan Rushworth CNC press brakes with 0.01mm axis synchronisation, we fold metals from 0.5-30mm thickness. Our 5000mm bed length machines handle large components while maintaining 0.1 angular tolerances. This capability supports structural projects requiring complex multi-bend formations.
Serrated Components
We manufacture interlocking serrated plates and washers with 3mm pitch serrations to BS EN 20898-2 standards. Available in 3-20mm thicknesses, these components provide slip resistance for construction, marine, and industrial applications while maintaining dimensional stability under load.
Bespoke Metalwork
