Steve was excellent from start to finish in selling our tenanted investment property. Steve liaised with the tenant to make sure the property was well presented and a figure slightly higher than the sale price originally thought was achieved within 4 days of going on the market. We never had to chase Steve for an update as the sale went through, as he kept us informed every step of the way, until completion was achieved. Have not had many good words to say about estate agents in the past, but Steve is very much is the exception. Very professional, great knowledge of the area and knows exactly
