Very poor customer service - avoid. Print arrived damaged due to being poorly packed. Replacement finally arrived after much chasing which also arrived damaged. Was promised a refund if I returned the damaged print - now they won't answer my calls or emails

I made the mistake of trusting this company. AVOID!
Using Manchester StuPrint i ordered a poster for an MSc assignment over a week ahead of when it was needed. It took them a week to get it to me (after five days the courier tried to deliver and left a tracking note for a completely different parcel so i couldn't get a re-delivery). On opening the poster it had been darkened to the extent that the title was invisible. The edges were rough/poorly cut, one logo was mis-printed and a second completely smudged. With one day remaining i got a second printer to produce the poster for 10 less and
