Simon qualified from King's College London in 1988 and started working here in the Rochford Road Dental surgery soon after. He is passionate about his career as a dental surgeon and business owner. He is well known for his boundless energy and enthusiasm which he imparts to his staff and patients alike.

Our dental practice, Pomfret&Farrell Dental has been established at 31 Rochford Road since 1981 and was founded in Chelmsford, Essex, in 1979. We enjoy being a family-friendly dental practice looking after all your general and cosmetic dental needs in a comfortable and modern environment.
Many of our patients have been with us since the beginning but we also welcome new patients to join us either as a patient under the NHS, as a Denplan patient, or on a private basis.Our staff have all worked with us for many years and we believe strongly in a process of continual professional development and improvement.

Denplan Care is the most popular plan at our practice and it is a monthly payment plan which helps you pay for your routine and restorative dental treatment. The amount you pay is based on your oral health and how much dental treatment you will need. After an initial assessment by the dentist of your oral health (for which you will be charged) you will be placed into one of five fee categories.
